Last updated: April 2026

Overview

Callback helps users organize job search communication, track opportunities, and get AI assistance with follow-ups, prep, and recruiting conversations. By using Callback, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Callback. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Use of the service

You agree to use Callback only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the service or its underlying systems
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt Callback's infrastructure
  • Use the service to harm, defraud, or mislead others

Email and data access

When you connect Gmail, you authorize Callback to access and process your email data in order to identify recruiting conversations, organize opportunities, and provide AI-powered features.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using Callback, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Callback uses AI to generate summaries, reply drafts, suggested next steps, and other content. These outputs are provided as assistance only — they may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before acting on it, sending it, or sharing it with others. Callback is not liable for outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated suggestions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All emails and messages you send using or based on Callback
  • Any decisions you make based on information or suggestions from the product
  • Keeping your account credentials confidential and not sharing access with others

Service availability

Callback is provided on a best-effort basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

Callback is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callback and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to decisions made during a job search, actions taken based on AI-generated content, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use it (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Callback at any time. You can disconnect Gmail access via Google Account Permissions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these Terms or uses the service in a way that could harm others or the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the product or by email.

Continued use of Callback after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
