Callback is a job search productivity tool. It helps you organize recruiting conversations, track opportunities across your pipeline, and get AI assistance with follow-ups, interview prep, and next steps. Callback may use AI to summarize email content, draft replies, and suggest actions based on your conversations.

When you use Callback, we may access:

• Account information — your name and email address, provided via Google sign-in.
• Gmail content — when you connect Gmail, Callback reads recruiting-related emails to identify and organize job opportunities. Access is read-only.
• Usage data — basic information about how you use the product, used to operate and improve the service.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Identify and organize job opportunities from your email
• Power AI-generated summaries, draft replies, and action suggestions
• Improve the functionality and reliability of Callback

Callback does not sell your personal data or email content to any third party, ever.

We may share data with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate the product — for example, hosting infrastructure, authentication services, and AI model providers used to power features. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

You are in control of your data:

• You can disconnect Gmail access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
• You can stop using Callback at any time. Signing out ends active access.
• To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service. If you stop using Callback, we do not retain your email content indefinitely. Contact us to request expedited deletion.

Callback uses industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. OAuth tokens used to access Gmail are stored securely and used only to perform Gmail reads on your behalf.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify users via the product or by email. Continued use of Callback after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
